This
recently completed grand private villa built on a
spacious landscaped 2400 m2 is now available for short-term
holiday rentals. Located in the happening Petitenget/Seminyak
area and only 5 minutes to all the fashionable restaurants
and bars, it is the ideal Luxury Villa for a larger
group of friends or family.
Features
Villa Enggang consists of 6 separate pavilions, designed
in contemporary Javanese/Balinese style, offering
maximum privacy for all members of your party. Each
area/room is decorated with carefully selected beautiful
antique pieces. The formal open air seating area is
decorated with antique Balinese artifacts and each
of the bedrooms has its own decoration, based upon
the various cultures of Indonesia. Every effort is
made to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and
of course all rooms are equipped with the latest modern
facilities.
Pool and Chill out area
The gorgeous saltwater pool (L-shaped 15m x 12m) is
located in front of the master bedroom pavilion which
has a veranda with cozy seating.
On the wooden deck adjacent to the
pool are sun beds situated under palm trees and umbrellas
as well as an outdoor barbecue.
The back pavilion has on its rooftop
a separate chill out area with, sauna and whirlpool,
sun beds, Balinese daybed (the Bale), separate stereo
installation and bar area. You can relax and sip from
your cocktail while enjoying the view of the rice
fields, ocean view and Bali's volcano’s. A nice
breeze is normally present.

The villa has 5 bedrooms
all with antique traditional beds covered with the highest
quality mattresses, bed linen and pillows. Each room
has its private open-air bathroom with big bathtub and
features a waterfall that will give this relaxing holiday
mood. All rooms have their own television, safety box,
air conditioner and stocked refrigerator.
The master bedroom has adjacent a spacious
study equipped with computer and fax machine. The latest
Bose sound system is installed that make it possible
for you to play simultaneously different music in the
villa and garden.
Our Friendly
Staff
The staff of Villa Enggang is comprised of 3 house keeping
assistants, 2 gardeners, 2 security guards, 1 chief
cook, 1 driver and 1 villa maintenance manager. They
are professionally trained and will do the utmost to
make your stay at Villa Enggang a memorable one.

Kitchen and Dining
The spacious
kitchen is equipped with the latest modern facilities,
such as a built in espresso machine, Microwave, Grill,
Deep Fryer and refrigerator with ice cube maker and
freezer.
The adjacent
open air dining area has an antique Balinese dining
table that can accommodate up to 12 dinner guests,
it also includes also a well stocked bar.
Guests may
request any or all meals to be prepared by our chief
cook. It is kindly advised to discuss your wishes
with our staff first thing in the morning (or better
the evening before), so it will give them time to
do the shopping for you and of course prepare your
meal. The costs for all extra food and beverages will
be charged to you at cost price and must be settled
with the chief cook on a daily basis.
