Villa Overview

Villa Suar One is a versatile property that could cater for one large family, a group of 8 adults or two families with small children or any combination in between.

Villa Suar One has been specially designed to cater to families, therefore unlike many villas in Bali, Villa Suar One has an Australian standard pool fence (1.2m high) around its pristine 12m swimming pool.

There is also a playroom complete with toys & games for young children. For the teenagers, there is an entertainment room which is fully air-conditioned & has cable TV, DVD player, Playstation, Wii & wireless internet. The free Movie Collection is a harddrive that includes approximately 200 movies - Latest Releases, Classic Tittles, Family and Children movies, and is updated regularly.

Close to cafes & restaurants, such as Grocer & Grind, Ku De Ta & La Lucciola, Villa Suar One is also central to designer stores in the fashionable Seminyak district & the weekend markets in Seminyak Square. The beach in front of Ku De Ta is the closest beach, which is only an easy 10 minute stroll from Villa Suar One and is a patrolled beach.

At Villa Suar One all your daily needs will be met by our friendly, helpful Balinese staff. Your complementary cooked breakfast can be catered to individual needs.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has an expansive four poster King Size bed, A/C, Cable TV & DVD player, desk, day bed, walk in robe & dressing area, in room safe deposit box. The ensuite includes a double vanity & double shower with modern marble throughout. It is the perfect parents retreat and the only bedroom on the first floor. You can enjoy over looking the pool & garden from your own private balcony.

2nd Bedroom

2 King singles or a King size bed, A/C, large wardrobe, in room safe deposit box on the ground floor. The ensuite has a double vanity, shower, toilet & the bath has a window over looking a private garden. This bedroom also has a playroom/study or 5th bedroom attached.

3rd and 4th Bedroom

Set in the tropical gardens away from the main house, these 2 bedrooms each have a King size bed with their own ensuite & outdoor shower. Both rooms are air conditioned & have a wardrobe, desk & in room safe deposit box.

Bedroom 5/Playroom/Study

This room can be set up as a playroom for the kids, left as a study or make up the day bed & trundle which is suitable for children staying next to their parents in bedroom 2. These two rooms are separated by sliding doors.

As a playroom, there is a variety of board games & puzzles, toys & craft supplies. If there are no children in the villa, the playroom can be packed away & left as a quiet study with a stylish desk, a day bed that overlooks the garden & double doors leading out to the pool.

Kitchen

The kitchen is split in to ‘front’ kitchen and ‘back’ kitchen.

The front kitchen is equipped with a frosty cold bar fridge, sink and cupboard space. This is an area where you can sit on the bar stools and enjoy an icey cold beverage. Equipped with oven, microwave, 6 burner cook top, large fridge with cooled water & ice maker and there is a dishwasher. There is crockery, glasses, plastic ware, saucepans, frypans & utensil as per any standard home kitchen.

This is where the staff will prepare you meals and tidy up…all behind closed doors so you can enjoy your relaxing surroundings.

Entertainment Room

This air conditioned room has a TV with Bose sound system. You can watch cable TV, DVD or play games on the Playstation or Wii. There is also wireless internet, printer & ipod connection with speakers throughout the kitchen/dining area & in the Bale by the pool.

Pool and Garden

Pool and Garden: cool off in the 12m fenced pool with a shallow end for children to play in, as well as a ledge that runs the length of the pool. The pool fence is a 1.2 metre glass fence that complies with Australian standards. Whilst the pool fence keeps the children safe, the glass ensures you can still enjoy the beauty of the pool and garden area.

Or you can relax in the Bale or on one of the double or single pool lounges. The Bale has speakers so you can plug in your ipod and listen to your favourite tunes. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off in after a swim in the pool or surf at the beach.

Yet another area to lounge around & read or watch the kids in the pool is the paved outdoor area that runs the length of the villa. There is a BBQ & outdoor setting on this alfresco dining area… perfect for cooking up a seafood banquet.
