Villa Overview

Villa Illam is located at Batu Belig, that is in the North Seminyak area, about 800 meters from the beach, and 5 minutes away (by car) to Seminyak Square, and the famous eating street. Its location provide a serene and quiet environment, while it is very close to the happening area which is the middle of Seminyak.

This villa has only been recently fully renovated, it is now carries a strong modern tropical design with the use of recycled woods and stones coupled with some metal element to give that modern accent.

It is also equipped with modern styled furniture, made from teak woods, that bring that overall warmth feeling to those who stay in the villa.

Master bedroom size is 22 sqm - equipped with King Size Bed (2 x 2m), high quality memory foam mattress, 32" HD LCD TV, large modern wardrobe.

Master bathroom size is 30 sqm - equipped with modern vanity from a combination of metal, wood, and stones, and outdoor shower area.

Second Bedroom

2nd bedroom size is 23.5 sqm - equipped with two Super Single Bed that can be combine together if needed. High quality memory foam mattress, wardrobe.

2nd bathroom size is 11 sqm - equipped with modern vanity from a combination of metal, wood, and stones, and outdoor shower area.

Service and Facilities

Private swimming pool (with portable fence if required) - size is 60 sqm, with two sun lounger for relaxing. Private garden - size is 43 sqm

Open air living + dining area with a size of 64 sqm, equipped with large wooden dining table fits for 6, open modern styled kitchen (16 sqm) with cooker, microwave, and espresso machine. Large sofa for 5 seater, and 42" Plasma TV. Luxurious terazzo flooring.

On top of that the villa also equipped with a private gated car port, should you bring your own vehicle while your stay in Bali.

Overall the villa is built on a 400 sqm of land, which is very spacious for a 2 bedrooms villa.

Located in the charming Balinese village of Batu Belig, Villa Illam enjoys a serene environment, with chirping birds sound in the morning, and a quiet, relaxing ambience in the evening.

It is also within a short walk (5 mins) to the Naughty Nuri's Warung and Grill which is famous for its Pork Ribs. Slightly further, but still within 5 minutes of car/taxi ride, you will enjoy the famous Seminyak Eating Street, as well as other famous brand names, such as Huu Bar, Living Room, La Luciola's, Ku De Ta, Metis, and others.

Villa Illam is truly in a unique location, that combines the traditional Balinese village feeling, yet at the same time provides you with many interesting choices to dine, wine, relax, or get sweaty with sport activities in Canggu Club or Umalas Stables.
