Abadi Villas are located in a quiet street behind the busy Restaurant district of Jl. Laksmana. Our stylish and functional villas offer the best of Bali Modern Villa living yet are only a short distance to all the attractions that Seminyak has to offer the holidaymaker. The villas are set back from the road surrounded by rice fields. Complete privacy and calm is assured. Trained 24 hour security personal keep the villas safe.

Both villas feature oversized private swimming pools (Villa 1 - 10.5m x 6.2m & Villa 2 - 9.0m x 4.0m). Find comfortable sunchairs adjacent to the pools for working on that essential holiday tan. Relax the afternoon away in our cushion covered shady Bale's (Pool Pavilion) where you might decide to take a massage or just to relax and read a book. Both villas have large grass and garden areas, ideal for families.

For more relaxation, head upstairs to the chill out mezzanine floor with large comfortable traditional Balinese day beds. These quiet areas have been designed to catch the cooling afternoon sea breezes. Lie back and gaze up at the intricate handmade 11 metre high conical grass thatches roof that dominate both our villas.

For digital entertainment, each villa has a large screen television with DVD and CD players. Cable TV with a large selection of Movie News and Sports Channels.

Luxurious Appointments
Abadi Villas’ modern bedrooms are furnished with king or queen beds fitted with fresh cotton sheets and deep pillows. The bedrooms feature original Balinese art works. There are generous wardrobes to hang clothes and unpack to feel completely at home. Each room has a complimentary safety box.

Contemporary Bathrooms
Each bedroom has a generous contemporary bathroom featuring marble floors, double vanity basins, raindrop showers and huge baths. The baths are perfect for taking a long soak after a long flight or strenuous day sightseeing and shopping. Two of the bathrooms also feature outdoor showers and gardens offering the complete Bali experience.

Cool, Dark and Quiet
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Abadi Villas are set back from the road and surrounded on 2 sides by rice paddies. Although you are only minutes away from the bustle of Seminyak, the villas are remarkably calm and serene. No two bedrooms adjoin to give complete privacy. Black-out curtains complete the relaxing environment allowing a luxurious sleep-in.

Exceptional Daily Services
As you enjoy you complementary American breakfast your bedroom will be tidied. If required, your used clothes will be removed for complement laundry. A full service will be performed latter in the day while you lounge around the private pool or enjoy the sights and delights of Bali. In the early evening the staff will again tidy the villa. Finally a turn-down service readies your room while you enjoy dinner prepared by your personal chef or at the many excellent local restaurants.

Each bedroom has wireless internet access and a telephone extension with international dialling.

Villa Location

Only 20 minute from the international airport, Abadi Villas are located in a quiet area of upmarket Seminyak, Bali. The villas are remarkably calm and serene being set back from the road and surrounded on 2 sides by rice paddies. A 4-5 minute stroll will bring you to the renowned Seminyak “Eat Street” where many local and world class restaurants will satisfy. A short two minute taxi ride away is the world famous Ku De Ta restaurant with its magnificent beach location. Exclusive Balinese boutiques and home design shops crowd the nearby streets with the exciting nightlife and clubs of Seminyak close enough for easy access but far enough away to not disturb.
